I’m Nicole Gurau, a certified Yoga Nidra facilitator with a passion for intuitive guidance and stillness. As a Graphic Designer (freelancing as The Soul Creative) and parent, I’ve experienced burnout and the overwhelm of an overactive creative mind, driving my focus on energetic resets to boost productivity. I offer tailored relaxation solutions for individuals and teams, blending intuition with practical benefits for corporate settings. Beyond sessions, I share insights through design and wellness content.

Yoga Nidra, also known as Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), is a guided practice that invites you into a state of deep relaxation while remaining gently aware. It’s a simple yet powerful way to reset the nervous system, calm the mind, and reconnect with yourself.Backed by modern research, Yoga Nidra is shown to ease stress, support better sleep, and spark creativity, making it just as nourishing for corporate teams as it is for celebrations, retreats, and gatherings.Sessions can be tailored to suit your event or group: from shorter seated resets (10–20 minutes) woven into a workshop or workday, to longer lying-down journeys (up to an hour) for deeper rest and integration. No experience is needed, just an open mind and a willingness to pause.
